Borgata Tre Molini
Located just 5 minutes from the Italian Riviera town of San Bartolomeo al Mare, Borgata Tre Molini (village of the Three Mills), is a lovely, historic oasis, nestled in olive groves near the Cervo River, yet just minutes away from beaches, restaurants, and all other services.
Our beautiful swimming pool, tucked into the terraces behind the main mill house, occupies the space where once the water from the olive oil processing was stored for irrigation purposes. Surrounding the pool are lovely terraces equipped with showers, deck chairs and tables for the use of our guests.

Borgata Tre Molini is a 500-year-old village just a few minutes inland from the Riviera beach town of San Bartolomeo al Mare, Italy. The Mill House
In 1492, when christopher Columbus was setting sail from Europe on his now-famous voyage of discovery, the first blows at the foundation on this rocky slope were being struck at what would become Borgata Tre Molini. The old Mill House and its two companion mills have gone through a lot of changes in those five hundred years. The mill house, itself, it now a rustically charming old home with lovely indoor and outdoor living spaces. Between the two bedrooms, library, and large mill Room, there are beds and sofa sleepers that can accommodate up to nine people. The house also has two full bathrooms, a breakfast room, and full kitchen.
Our Apartments
The three apartments at Borgata Tre Molini are contained within the second mill on the property. The apartments are named after our children, Avrina, Nisha, Alexander, and Priya. However, the Alexander apartment is still a work in progress, so I will only introduce you to the girls now.
Priya Apartment
The Priya is a lovely, light-filled apartment on the top floor of the second mill. It has one large bedroom, a nice living/dining area and kitchenette. The bathroom has a shower. In addition, there are two private outdoor terraces with the apartment. The apartment can sleep up to five people. This is in the double bed and single cot in the bedroom and the Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room. The apartment is listed on VRBO.com, AirBnB and TripAdvisor. If you book directly with us, by contacting my partner, Margherita, in Italy, you will a receive a discount off of the price listed on those other sites. Depending on the time of year, the apartment rents for from $75 - $190/night.
Nisha Apartment
The Nisha apartment is in the middle floor of the second mill. It is the largest of our apartments and sleeps up to 7 people, in a combination of beds and sofa sleepers. It has two bedrooms, a large bathroom, A large living area, and a kitchenette. In addition, it has a small terrace entryway and a large garden. This apartment rents from $90-$220/night, depending on the season.
Avrina Apartment
The Avrina is the apartment in the old Cantina (cellar) of the second mill house. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, dining/kitchenette area, living area, and a private terrace. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. You pass through this bedroom to access the twin bedroom. That bedroom has a cot and a raised bed, accessed by a ladder.
