Castell'Arquato is a lovely castle hilltown in Emilia Romagna, above Piacenza, one of the most Beautiful Villages of Italy.  We ate at this restaurant, in the piazza near the castle, on our first trip back to Italy during Covid, when outdoor dining was still required.

We were very pleased with the selection of local dishes.  Emilia Romagna is one of the most important  food regions of Italy, and the offerings of pastas, cheeses, salames and prosciutto are always a treat.
