All three of our properties were chosen for their historic beauty, plus accessibility to some of the most treasured tourist destinations in Italy.
Our apartment in Verona, which easily sleeps up to 7 or 8 people, not only offers the world-class attractions of Verona, but is an hour's drive or train ride to Venice. In addition, Lake Garda and the stunning Dolomite Mountains are easy day trips from Verona.

The historic mills in Liguria are less than an hour from the French border, and two hours by car from Sestri Levante, a convenient place to catch the train to the Cinque Terre.

Our medieval tower in Umbria, Torri, is two hours either from Rome or Florence. Our guests often take day trips to those cities, while staying at the tower. In addition, Assisi is just 40 minutes away, beautiful Todi only 15 minutes, as well as so many other amazing destinations.

Borgata Tre Molini
The Cinque Terre are easily accessible by train from Sestri Levante, which is two hours by car from Borgata Tre Molini.
Todi, a lovely hilltown, is just 15 minutes away from our tower at Torri.
Just minutes from the beautiful beaches of San Bartolomeo Al mare and Diano Marino, Borgata Tre Molini, is a cluster of historic olive mills in an idylically peaceful setting. As the name implies, there were originally three mills, plus a lovely little chapel in this tiny village on a small river in Liguria's Faraldi Valley. Two of the mills have been lovingly restored, and the third awaits, a ruin near the river, for someone to rescue its old walls.
